Chicken Cacciatore
This is Aunt Linda’s famous recipe and her go to dish for large group dinners. It’s a delicious hearty, flavorful dish that serves up well with pasta or seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes. This is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
1 - 28 oz can San Marzano tomatoes
8 chicken thighs
4 chicken breasts
Extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion chopped
Salt
Black pepper
3 cloves garlic chopped
4 large bay leaves
1 cup white wine
Directions

- In a large skillet add olive oil, onion and garlic. Sauté chicken over medium heat till brown.
- Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, tomato, and wine. Let sauté for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Enjoy with a side of pasta or your favorite vegetables.
