Rosemary Dipping Oil
Dipping oils are a popular condiment used to enhance the flavor of bread, and can be found in many Italian restaurants.Dipping oils are a fun starter to a meal. Rosemary dipping oil is robust in flavor. The amount of rosemary can be adjusted to your taste.

Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary chopped
1tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a bowl combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, red pepper flakes, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and black pepper.
Mix well.
Enjoy with warm bread.
